We previously reported the coverage TubeTap has received. Recently TubeTap app was presented to Ed Vaizy, the Communication Minister by Jason DaPonte, the Managing Director of of THE SWARM and our partner on this project.
TubeTap let’s Londoners automatically apply for refunds for Tube Delays. The app uses Open Data from TFL to enable its service. We think it is about time that open data was used to create apps and services that not just inform but empower citizens.
